What this product is

Frontlines Watchdesk is designed for operations teams that need a practical queue for public-source signals, not just a map or a feed. Signals are matched against watch items, triaged into alerts, and carried forward into briefs, reports, and handoffs with an audit trail.

The current product scope focuses on source-backed operational awareness. It does not replace emergency services, government advisories, professional security judgment, or official travel guidance.

Correction policy

  • Corrections should identify the page, alert, brief, or report that appears inaccurate.
  • Source-backed corrections take priority over speculative or unsourced requests.
  • When a sourced correction changes operational meaning, the relevant queue item or draft should be regenerated instead of silently edited downstream.

Source and AI boundaries

  • Alert matching, queue transitions, and delivery timing remain deterministic.
  • AI, when enabled, is limited to sourced summarization and drafting over already-ingested events.
  • If AI is unavailable or fails source-binding guardrails, the product falls back to deterministic templates.
